Qualifications
An education agent can become a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) and be listed in the PIER Network. To become qualified, an agent must pass the QEAC Certification Exam.

Course Material
The Education Agent training course covers four areas relevant to education counsellors specialising in Australia as an education destination: Australia, the AQF and Career Trends; Legislation and Regulations; Working Effectively in International Education; and Professional Standards and Ethics.

It is an excellent resource and training tool both for individuals wishing to enter the international education industry as agents or existing agents simply looking for updated information about the industry.

Online Listing
The PIER Network is a global online network of professionals in international education. A listing in the PIER Network is promoted through a connected group of sites, databases and government agencies that are viewed by students and educational institutions over 200,000 times a month.
All qualified agents will be listed in the PIER Network alongside other qualified peers.

Mobile App
Every qualified agent will also be listed on the smartphone app. The app will be distributed to a global network of partners in the professional education industry, accessible via all major mobile platforms (iOS and Android), and include location-based features and search functions.
